| 摘 要： | 目的观察经皮刺囊内注射复方倍他米松治疗甲状舌骨囊肿的疗效。方法采用复方倍他米松与等量利多卡因注射液混合经皮刺注射在甲状舌骨囊肿,每4周注射一次。结果疗程结束时总有效率达100%。结论除手术治疗甲状舌骨囊肿外,复方倍他米松经皮刺注射在甲状舌骨囊肿疗法简单易行,有效率高,是临床治疗的好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of percutaneous puncture intracystic injection of compound betamethasone for the treatment of thyrohyoid cyst. Methods Compound betamethasone mixed with an equal amount of lidocaine was injected into thyrohyoid cyst,once every 4 weeks. Results At the end of treatment the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion In addition to the surgical treatment for the thyrohyoid cyst,percutaneous puncture intracystic injection of compound betamethasone for the treatment of thyrohyoid cyst is simple,effective,which is a good way to clinical therapy. |
