摘    要:目的 探讨彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对先天性心内膜垫缺损(ECD)的诊断价值。方法 对10例ECD应用CDFI显示心内异常分流信号,观察异常分流来形态,以引导连续多普勒定向检测分流速度和压力阶差,并行手术证实。结果CD-FI对全部病例均清楚显示房室间隔“十”字交叉处异常分流图像,诊断符合率达90.6%。结论 CDFI为诊断ECD提供了简便而可靠中方法,与连续多普勒相结合对全面评价ECD的血流动力学变化具有十分重要的作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the value of diagnosis congenital endocardial cushion defects by colour Doppler flow imaging (CDFI ). Method CDFI was used to show abnormal cardiac signals of flow diversion and to observe the flow patterns and used continuous-wave Doppler for directional test of the velocity and differential pressure of flow diversion in ten cases of ECD. Results By CDFI, all the cases showed the images of abnomal flow diversion clearly at the crossings of the atrioventricular sepia. Ninety percent of the cases were coincident. Conclusions It will provide a simple and reliable way to diagnose ECD. It is of great improtance to evaluate the hemodynamics of ECD all-sidedly by combining CDFI with continuous-wave Doppler.
