老年高血压病人脑干听觉诱发电位的研究

目的为探讨高血压病是否会对老年高血压病患者造成脑干听觉诱发电位异常和听力损害。方法选病程１０年以上的老年高血压病人３０例为实验组，正常人３０例为对照组。应用脑干电位诱发反应记录仪和听力仪检测ＢＡＥＰ和听力。结果高血压病人各主波出现率较正常人明显减少（Ｐ＜０．０１）。Ⅳ波和Ⅴ波的潜伏期较正常人明显延长（Ｐ＜０．０１），Ⅴ波潜伏期双耳差比正常人明显延长（Ｐ＜０．０５），耳聋发病率明显增多（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论本研究证明了高血压病可造成脑干听觉诱发电位的异常，而且还促进了老年性耳聋的发生。

A Study on Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potential in Elderly Patients with Essential Hypertension

Objective\ To explore whether hypertension may cause abnormality of brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP) and damage of auditory capability in elderly patients with essential hypertension.Method\ 30 elderly patients with essential hypertension for more than 10 years were selected as experiment group and 30 normal persons as control group.Then BAEP and the auditory capability were measured by a cerebral evoked response recorder and an audiometer.Results\ Compared with normal controls,the patient’s incidence of waves Ⅰ～Ⅳ was significantly reduced(P<0.01).The PL of waves Ⅳ and Ⅴ and the difference between right and left ear of the patients’PL in wave Ⅴ was significantly prolonged (P<0.05) and the incidence of deafness was markedly increased(P<0.01).Conclusions\ Hypertension can induce abnormlity of BAEP and result in elderly patient deafness.
