糖尿病患者血清α-L-岩藻糖苷酶测定的临床意义

目的探究糖尿病患者血清α－Ｌ－岩藻糖苷酶（ＡＦＵ）水平与空腹血糖（ＦＢＧ），糖化血红蛋白Ａ１Ｃ（ＧＨｂＡ１Ｃ）的关系。方法对３９例正常人和７５例糖尿病病人分别进行ＡＦＵ、ＦＢＧ和ＧＨｂＡ１Ｃ测定。结果糖尿病患者血清ＡＦＵ活力明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１），且与同时测定的ＦＢＧ、ＧＨｂＡ１Ｃ呈正相关，糖代谢控制差的糖尿病患者ＡＦＵ活力显著高于糖代谢控制好者。结论ＡＦＵ测定可作为糖尿病糖代谢控制好坏的指标。用ＡＦＵ诊断原发性肝癌时，应用全面的生化指标以排除引起其升高的原因。

Clinical Significance of Determing Serum α L Fucosidase in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To inquire the relation between serum α L fucosidase(AFU) and fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin A 1C (GHbA 1C ) levels in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).Method The activity of AFU,the levels of FBG,GHbA 1C were determined respectively in 39 normal subjects and 75 patients with diabetes mellitus.Results The activity of serum AFU in patients wtih DM was markedly higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).The significantly positive correlation was found between the activity of AFU and the levels of FBG,GHbA 1C .AFU levels of DM patients with poor control were significantly higher than those of patients with normal blood glucose level.Conclusions The activity of AFU could be used as an indicator of carbohydrate metabolism in diabetes millitus.Other cause of AFU activity elevation must be excluded when AFU is used as the biochemistry index to diagnose primary hepatic cancer.
