| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高血压病（ＥＨ）患者血清白细胞介素６的变化及其临床意义．方法 采用酶标双抗体夹心法（ＥＬＩＳＡ）测定４３例高血压病患者和３０ 例正常人血清ＩＬ－６水平，并分析ＥＨ不同期间ＩＬ－６水平的变化．结果ＥＨ 患者血清ＩＬ－６水平显著高于正常人Ｐ＜０．００１），ＥＨ不同期间ＩＬ－６水平差异显著Ｐ＜０． ０１），且随ＥＨ期别的增加 ＩＬ－６水平逐渐增高。结论 ＩＬ－６可能参与ＥＨ的病理变化过程，并可作为判断ＥＨ病情的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of interleukin-6 in patients with essential hypertension. Method Serum interleukin-6(IL-6) in 43 patients with essential hypertension (EH) were measured by enzyme linked immune sandwich assay (ELISA) technique, 30 health people were as control,and the changes of serum IL-6 in patients with different phases were analysed. Results The level of serum IL-6 in patients with EH was higher than the controls (P<0. 001),the difference of IL-6 in different phases was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusions IL-6 may participate the pathological process of EH. |
