心衰患儿血清 β_2-微球蛋白水平及其意义

目的探究小儿心衰时血清β２－ＭＧ水平与心衰程度和地高辛血清浓度的关系。方法采用放射免疫技术对５６例心衰患儿测定血清β２－ＭＧ及２８例口服地高辛维持量的心衰患儿测定地高辛血浓度。结果心衰组血清β２－ＭＧ与对照组比较明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０１），且随着心衰程度加重而增加；在中度和重度心衰患者血清β２－ＭＧ水平较高（Ｐ＜０．０１或Ｐ＜０．００１），但在轻度心衰患者血清β２－ＭＧ未见改变（Ｐ＞０．０５）。血清β２－ＭＧ与地高辛血浓度存在显著正相关（ｒ＝０．７０８１，Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论测定心衰患儿血清β２－ＭＧ对判断病情及指导治疗心衰患儿具有一定意义。

Level of Serum β Microglobulin and Its Significance in Children with Heart Failure

Objective To explore the relationship between serum β 2 microglobulin (β 2 MG) level and heart failure degree & digoxin concentration.Method By using radioimmunoassay,serum β 2 MG were detected in 56 children with heart failure,while 28 of them,serum digoxin concentration were measured.Results The result showed that the level of serum β 2 MG was significantly increased in patients with heart failure than that in control subjects(P<0.01).In the patients,the poorer the degree of heart failure,the higher the level of serum β 2 MG(P<0.01).The serum β 2 MG level was higher in those of moderate and serious patients(P<0.01,or<0.001),but no change in mild cases(P>0.05).The significantly positive correlation was found between the level of serum β 2 MG and digoxin concentration(P<0.01).Conclusions It is suggested that serum β 2 MG may be one of the useful indexes to judge and treat children with heart failure.
