| 摘 要： | 目的通过与手术、病理对照分析研究，探明Ｂ超诊断胃癌符合率。方法患者饮服５００～１０００ｍｌ胃Ｂ超快速显影剂后，用Ｂ超在患者上腹部扫查，检测胃壁结构、厚度、胃腔形态、肿瘤形态、大小及对胃壁的浸润程度。结果Ｂ超诊断胃癌符合率９０．９％，定位符合率８６．７％。结论Ｂ超是诊断胃癌的安全、无痛苦，很有价值的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To ascertain diagnostic coincident rate of B Model Echography with operation and pathology.Method\ After patients drink 500～1000ml rapid developing agent for gastric B Model echography,the structure and thickness of gastric wall ,the shape of gastric cavity,the shape and the size of tumor and its infiltrative extent were examined by B model echography.Results\ Diagnostic coincident rate of B model echography was 90.9%,orientations coincident rate of B model echography on position of gastric cancer was 86.7%.Conclusions\ B model echography is a safe ,painless and valuable method on diagnosis of gasctric cancer. |
