| Abstract: | We report a case of isolated single umbilical artery, diagnosed by ultrasound in the second trimester. The peculiarity of this case lies in ultrasound findings of left renal agenesis, hypospadias, and pyelectasis in the right kidney at week 29 of pregnancy. These diagnoses were confirmed at birth in addition to membranous ventricular septal defect, intrauterine growth restriction and normal karyotype. |
