经直肠腔内超声在膀胱三角区隆起性病变的诊断

目的:探讨膀胱三角区隆起性疾病的经直肠腔内彩色多普勒超声血流特点及鉴别诊断价值。方法:对膀胱三角区隆起性病变患者50例经直肠腔内超声检查(腺性膀胱炎10例,膀胱癌20例,凸向膀胱的前列腺肥大20例三组),观察其形态回声和彩色多普勒血流特点,并测量其血流参数。结果:三组病变血流特点各有不同。膀胱癌组静脉的显示率比其它两组低,膀胱癌动脉最大血流速度(Vmax)和最小血流速度(Vmin)比其它两组高,前列腺肥大组的阻力指数(RI)比其它两组高,以上三组数据经统计学分析差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:膀胱三角区隆起性病变的经直肠腔内彩色多普勒超声各有其不同的特点,鉴别诊断比较经腹壁超声有一定优势。

Clinical value of the bladder disease of trigon of apophysis with transcectal color doppler ultrasonography

Objective:To study the clinical value of transrectal ultrasound color doppler in diagnosing the bladder disease of trigon of apophysis.Methods:50 patients(10 patients were cystitis glandularis,20 patients were bldder cancer,20 patients were benign prostatic hyperplasia)with the bladder disease of trigon of apophysis were investigated,To distinguish the morphological characteristic and the blood flow characteristic of color doppler,the measured parameters(the velocity of maximum,and minimum,Resistance index(RI))were analysed in statistics.Results:There were different characteristics in the three groups respectively.The blood display rates of the veins of the bladder cancer were lower than its of the others.The marteries velocity(Vmax,Vmin)of the bladder cancer were higher than its of the others.The Resistance index(RI)of benign prostatic hyperplsia were higher than its of the others.Three parameters were statistic significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:Color doppler ultrasonogram of transrectum can definitely depict the characteristics of the ultrasound imaging and the blood flow imaging of the bladder disease of trigon of apophysis.
