| 摘 要： | 目的：研究巴曲亭-延注射用蛇毒血凝酶在普通外科手术中止血的有效性及安全性。方法：选取本科行手术治疗的住院病人80例，随机分为两组，于术前30分钟及术后第1—3天分别应用巴曲亭(实验组)及生理盐水(对照组)，观察两组病人术中伤口渗血及术后渗血情况。结果：实验组病人术中伤口渗血量较对照组少，术后引流血量也较少。实验组病人末出现用药相关并发症。结论：巴曲亭-注射用蛇毒血凝酶能减少普通外科手术伤口术中及术后的渗血，疗效确切，末发现并发症，临床应用安全。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate hemastasis effect and safety of Baquting s application in general surgery. Methods: 80 patients in our department are randomly divided into trial group and control group. Patients in trial group use Baquting 30 minutes before operation, 1-3day post operation and those in control group use natural sodium. We observe the condition of woud bleeding during operation and after operation. Results: Comparing with the control group,patients in trial group have less wound bleeding and drainage, and without any complication. Conclusion : It s efficient and safe to applicant Baquting in general surgery for its obvious effect of hemastasis and without complication. |
