米非司酮与米索前列醇联合的不同剂量在药物流产中的应用价值研究

目的探讨米非司酮联合米索前列醇的不同剂量进行药物流产的临床效果。方法选取200例行药物流产的孕妇,随机分为治疗组、对照组各100例,各组米非司酮应用剂量相同,治疗组米索前列醇1.2mg,对照组米索前列醇0.6mg;对比分析各组的完全流产率、阴道流血时间及量、不良反应。结果治疗组的完全流产率、阴道流血时间均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组阴道出血量及不良反应情况差异均不明显（P〉0.05）。结论米非司酮联合米索前列醇行药物流产时,增加米索前列醇剂量可有效提高完全流产率、减少出血时间。

M ifepristone and M isoprostol Combined with Different Dosage on Drug Abortion Application Value

Objective To investigate mifepristone combined misoprostol of different dosages on the clinical effect of drug abortion.M ethods Select 200 routine drug abortion of pregnant women,random divided into treatment group and control group each 100 examples,the application of mifepristone dose is same,the treatment group misoprostol 1.2 mg,control group misoprostol 0.6 mg,The comparative analysis of the complete abortion rate,vaginal bleeding time and quantity,adverse reaction.Results The treatment group of complete abortion rate,vaginal bleeding time were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）;Two groups of vaginal amount of bleeding and adverse reaction conditions are not obvious difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Mifepristone combined misoprostol line drug abortion,increase misoprostol dose can effectively improve complete abortion rate,reduce the bleeding time.
