葛根汤加味配合电针疗法治疗肩周炎60例

[目的]观察葛根汤加味联合电针治疗肩周炎疗效。[方法]对60例肩周炎患者使用葛根汤加味(药用葛根、桂枝、苍术、木防己、麻黄、制附子、伸筋草、豨签草、地龙、马钱子、生姜、甘草)配合电针疗法(取患侧穴位肩髃、肩贞、肩前穴为主穴,配以天宗、中平、阳陵泉)治疗,10d为1疗程,休息2d,2个疗程后判定疗效。[结果]治愈34例,显效22例,好转24例,总有效率100%。[结论]葛根汤加味配合电针治疗肩周炎方法简单,疗效满意。

Jiawei Gegen Decoction Combined with Acupuncture Therapy in the Treatment of Shoulder Periarthritis in 60 Cases of Curative Effect Observation

[Objective]Observation of Pueraria decoction combined with electroacupuncture for treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with clinical efficacy.[Methods] On 60 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis patients using Gegen decoction(medicinal pueraria root,cassia twig,Atractylodes,Cocculus trilobus,ephedra,prepared monkshood,Lycopodium,Herba signed grass,earthworm,nux vomica,ginger,licorice) with acupuncture therapy(with acupoint shoulder Vera,Jianzhen,shoulder points as main points,with the day case,in treatment,Yanglingquan),10days 1 treatment courses,resting 2days,after 2 courses of treatment the curative effect.[Results]34 cases were cured,22 cases were improved,24 cases were improved,the total efficiency of 100%.[Conclusion]Gegen decoction combined with electroacupuncture for treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with simple method,curative effect satisfaction.
