中西医结合治疗脑梗死后抑郁症32例疗效观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗脑梗死后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将64例脑梗死后抑郁症患者随机分为2组。2组均给予常规脑梗死药物治疗基础上,治疗组32例加用百忧解、舒血宁治疗;对照组32例加用多虑平治疗。2组均在治疗前和治疗后4周、8周根据汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NISHH)进行评分。8周后进行疗效评定。结果治疗组治疗后4周、8周HAMD和NISHH评分与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),与对照组同期比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率93.7%,对照组65.6%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗脑梗死后抑郁症疗效确切。

Efficacy observation on the treatment of 32 cases of post cerebral infarction depression by combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine on post cerebral infarction depression. Methods 64 patients with post cerebral infarction depression were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in both groups were treated with routine drugs that treated cerebral infarction. 32 patients in treatment group were treated with flulxetine and Shuxuening in addition; the other 32 patients in control group were treated with Duolvping in addition, with a treatment course of 8 weeks for both groups. The therapeutic effect was evaluated before and 4,8 weeks after treatment by HAMD and NISHH scoring in both groups. Results There was a significant difference in the therapeutic effect at 4,8 weeks after treatment and before treatment ( P <0.05 or P <0.01); the difference was significant ,as compared with that of control group ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). The total effective rate in treatment group was 93.7%, which was 65.6% in control group respectively, there was a significant difference between two groups ( P <0.01). Conclusion The combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in treating post cerebral infarction depression.
