骨巨细胞瘤Ets-1和c-myc的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨Ets-1和c-myc在骨巨细胞瘤(GCT)中的表达及其与GCT病理分级、临床分期和复发的关系.方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测Ets-1和c-myc在56例GCT(按Jaffe分级:I级15例、Ⅱ级28例、Ⅲ级13例;按Enneking外科分期:Ⅰ期14例、Ⅱ期32例、Ⅲ期10例)中的表达,分析其与GCT临床病理特征的关系。结果16例Ets-1表达阳性,阳性率28.6%;14例c-myc表达阳性,阳性率25.0%。其阳性表达与Jaffe分级均差异无显著性(P〉O.05),与Enneking外科分期均差异有显著性(P〈O.05)。Ets-1和c-myc在复发和无复发的病例中,阳性率分别为78.6%、7.1%和85.7%、11.9%。两者同时表达的有3例,Ets-1和c-myc同时表达与GCT复发差异有显著性(P〈O.05)。结论Ets-1和c-myc在GCT中的表达与GCT病理分级无关而与临床分期和复发有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship of overexpressions of Ets-1 and c-myc protein in bone giant cell tumors(BGCT) with the pathological gradation,clinical stages and recurrence.Methods The expressions of Ets-1 and c-myc in specimens from 56 patients with BGCT were examined by immunohistochemical staining and their relation to the BGCT.Results According to the immunoreactivity with these antibodies,overexpression of Ets-1 protein was detected in 16 of 56 tumors(positive rate 28.6%),14 tumors showed positive expression of c-myc protein(positive rate 25.0%),abnormally high expression of both Ets-1 and c-myc protein was found in 3 cases.A striking statistically significant correlation existed between the co-overexpression of Ets-1 and c-myc protein in BGCT and its clinical stages and its discrepancy of recurrence(P<0.05).However,there was no association between positive expression of Ets-1 and c-myc protein and pathological gradation of BGCT(P>0.05).Conclusion Expression of Ets-1 and c-myc protein in BGCT is highly related to clinical stages and recurrence but not to its pathological gradation.
