左前分支传导阻滞的临床分析

目的：探讨左前分支传导阻滞的临床意义。方法：1995～2002年我们共诊治左前分支传导阻滞病人244例；其中69例系单纯性左前分支传导阻滞占28．3％；98例合并有心脏病，占40．1％；77例有可疑心脏病，占31．6％。结果：某些心脏病固然是引起左前分支传导阻滞的因素，然而健康人群中也不乏左前分支传导阻滞者，我们对患者进行随诊观察发现，LAH呈良性状态，不引起心脏骤停，预后是良好的，这与完全性左束支传导阻滞不同。结论：左前分支传导阻滞的临床意义取决于引起左前分支传导阻滞的疾病本身、是否进展和恶化，治疗应针对原发病。对SLAH者无需治疗，更不需要安装人工心脏起搏器。
