| 摘 要： | 目的探讨输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石的有效性和安全性。方法采用输尿管镜钬激光技术治疗540例（562侧）输尿管结石，其中输尿管上段结石42侧，中段结石86侧，下段结石434侧。结果输尿管上、中、下段结石的排净率分别为88％、93％、99％，并发症3％（输尿管穿孔5侧，输尿管镜不能到达结石转开放7侧，术后输尿管狭窄3侧）。结论输尿管镜钬激光治疗输尿管结石是治疗输尿管结石的有效、安全的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of ureteroscopic holmium：YAG laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi. Methods 562 patients with ureteral calculi （42 cases on proximal, 86 cases on middle and 434 cases on distal ureter） were treated with ureteroscopic holmium：YAG laser lithotripsy. Results The lithagogue rate was 88%, 93% and 99% in the proximal, middle and distal ureter, respectively. The complication rate was 3%. Conclusion It is effective and safe to treat ureteral calculi with ureteroscopic holmium： YAG laser lithotripsy. |
