摘    要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定酱菜中脱氢乙酸的测定不确定度分析方法,以评定测定结果的质量,找出主要影响因素。方法根据方法建立不确定度的数学模型,系统分析计算结果的不确定度各分量。结果当脱氢乙酸含量分别为0.200g/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.0064g/kg。其中回收率对测量不确定度影响最大。结论此方法适用于评估高效液相色谱法测定酱菜中脱氢乙酸的测定的不确定度。

Abstract:Objective]To set up uncertainty analysis methods in the determination of dehydroacetic acid in pickles by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), so as to assess the quality of results and identify the key influencing factors.Methods]According to the methods, mathematical model of uncertainty was established, uncertainty components were calculated.Results]When dehydroacetic acid content was 0.200g/kg, the expanded uncertainty was 0.0064 g / kg. Recovery had greatest impact on uncertainty in determination.Conclusion]This method is suitable for assessing the uncertainty in the determination of dehydroacetic acid in pickles by HPLC.
