三七总甙注射液治疗冠心病的疗效

目的观察三七总甙（PNS）注射液治疗冠心病（CHD）的疗效。方法将137例CHD患者随机分成PNS组和对照组。在常规治疗基础上,PNS组加用静脉滴注PNS注射液,治疗前后记录患者的心绞痛发作频率、心电图ST-T变化以及观察毒副作用,心脏超声测量心功能的变化。结果PNS组患者心绞痛缓解率87%,心功能缓解总有效率为76%,心电图ST-T改善总有效率为39%,显著优于对照组的73%、35%和18%（P<0.05）,PNS组超声测定的左室射血分数、左室收缩末容积、每搏量比治疗前好转,效果优于对照组,未发现明显的毒副作用。结论PNS能明显缓解心绞痛、改善心电图和心功能,对CHD患者有明显的疗效。

Effects of panax notoginsenosidum on coronary heart disease

AIM To study the effects of panax notoginsenosidum(PNS) on coronary heart disease(CHD).METHODS One hundred and thirty-seven cases of CHD were divided into two groups: the PNS group and the control group.The control group had routine treatment and the PNS group had routine treatment plus PNS.The changes of angina,cardiogram,cardic function,poisonous and side-effect were observed and the cardiac function was examined with ultrasonography before and after 10 days' treatment.RESULTS The total rate of relaxing angina,significant improvement of heart function and cardiogram in PNS group was respectively 87%,76% and 39%,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(73%,35% and 18%,respectivley).After 10 days' treatment,EF,ESV and SV were significantly improved in PNS group as compared with those in the control group.CONCLUSION PNS can relax angina and improve the cardiogram and heart functions.PNS has significant effects on coronary artery disease.
