重症急性胰腺炎的中西医结合治疗

目的 评估重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的中西医结合非手术治疗疗效。方法 对我院自1980年1月-2002年10月收治的重症急性胰腺炎共964例进行回顾性研究。结果 治愈802例(83.2％),在治疗过程中303例(31.5％)出现各种并发症,本组共死亡162例,病死率为16.8％。大多数重症急性胰腺炎患者可通过中西医结合非手术治疗而治愈。结论 中西医结合非手术治疗是有效治疗重症胰腺炎的方法。

The effect of treatment combining traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on severe acute pancreatitis

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of combined traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) . Methods From Jan. 1980 to Oct. 2002, 964 patients of SAP treated by nonoperative management combined with Chinese traditional medicine were retrospectivelly analyzed in our Department of General Surgery, Western China Hospital, Sichuan University. Results 802 patients of 964 cases with SAP were cured (83.2%) and 162 patients died. The mortality rate was 16.8% . There were 303 cases (31.5%) developed various complications in the course of management. The majority of patients with SAP can be cured by combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment. Conclusions The efficacy of combining traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in non - operative management is satisfactory in patients with SAP.
