| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甘遂中西医结合治疗重症胰腺炎(SAP)的疗效.方法将60例SAP病人随机分成甘遂中西医结合观察组(n=30)和单一西医治疗对照组(n=30).两者均给予常规西医治疗.观察组加用甘遂.结果甘遂组病人恶心,呕吐,腹痛,腹胀,血尿淀粉酶阴转,效果显著,并发症少.结论甘遂中西医结合治疗SAP安全,可行、有效.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effection severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) with integrated traditional Chinese medicine (Euphorbia KanSui Lious) and western medicine. Methods: Clinical data of 60 patients with SAP who were randomly divided into integrated traditional Chinese medical group (n =30) and western medical group (n =30), were observed. Results: The symptoms of the patients, such as nausea vomiting, pain, distention, were obviously relieved and the complications were decreased when treated by Euphorbia KanSui Lious. Conclusions: Integrated traditional Chinese medicine (Euphorbia KanSui Lious) and western medicine is very safe, effective practical in the treatment of SAP. |
