神经肽Y拮抗去甲肾上腺素在杏仁核的心血管效应

摘    要:为了解杏仁内侧核内神经肽Y(NPY)和去甲肾上腺素(NA)的相互关系,向杏仁内侧核(MAN)内微量注射NPY,或微电泳NPY,观察神经元单位放电和测量动脉血压,并在血压改变的条件下测量血浆中NA含量。结果发现,NPY可以对抗NA的升压作用,微电泳NPY到MAN也得到相同结论。向MAN注入NPY后血浆中NA的含量明显减少,这可能是NPY拮抗NA作用的原因之一。

Abstract:The goal of the present experiments was to delineate the cardiovascular functions of NPY in brain and the action of it with the cooperation of NA in the cardiovascular regulation.Wistar adult rats were used.NPY and NA were dissolved in saline(0 3μl)and injected into MAN through the cannula pernetrated by the direction of stereotaxic apparatus.The extracellular discharges were recorded with the glass microelectrodes,and the microionophoresis experiments were completed with four multielectrode.The volume of CA in the blood were assayed by the method of HLC.The results are as follows:Microinj ection of NA into MAN induced the pressor effect and the increase of the heart rate.When NPY was injected into MAN,the decrease of blood pressure and heart rate were observed.If the dosage of NPY itself was used,which never induced any changes of the indexes assayed in the experiment,but could inhibit the pressor effect induced by injected NA.That was a clue of the cooperation of NPY and NA in the central regulation of cardiovascular activities.
