| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜下胆道造影的方法和价值。方法腹腔镜胆囊切除术中经胆囊管插管行胆道造影共56例，51例成功，成功率为91％。结果术中发现胆总管结石8例，胆管损伤2例，副肝管1例。结论术中胆道造影操作安全、迅速、显影清晰、成功率高，能发现有无胆道结石、胆管损伤和胆管变异，有效地预防了胆管结石的漏诊，提高了LC的质量，有推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the method and value of intraoperative cholangiography(IOC)during laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC). Methods Intraoperative cholangiography was performed in 56 cases. Results The successful rate was 91%(51 patients). Intraoperative cholangiography found stones in common bile duct in 8 cases, bile duct injury in 2 cases and abnormal bile duct in one case.
