| 摘 要： | 肺癌是一种死亡率高、危害大的疾病,严重威胁人类健康,而非小细胞肺癌占肺癌的80%以上.近年来,研究发现内皮素-1与非小细胞肺癌关系密切.非小细胞肺癌患者体内内皮素-1水平升高,通过外周血、支气管镜等检查测定内皮素-1水平,有助于非小细胞肺癌的诊断和预后的评估.

| Abstract: | Lung cancer has high mortality and major hazard,seriously threatens to human health.Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) accounts for more than 80% of lung cancer.Recently,studies have found that endothelin-1 is closely related with NSCLC.The level of endothelin-1 is elevated in NSCLC patients.Determination of endothelin-1 level through blood and bronchoscopy is helpful for diagnosis and prognosis of NSCLC. |
