乳腺癌的临床X线分析(附200例报告)

目的:为进一步提高乳腺癌的X线诊断水平。材料与方法:总结分析了经手术病理证实的200例乳腺癌的X线表现,包括直接征象和间接征象。结果:200例乳腺癌患者的X线征象,肿块172例,占86%;钙化70例,占35%;导管扩张22例,占11%;X线测量前肿块比值小于临床,170例,占85%;血管增粗、增多48例,占24%;水肿60例,占30%;皮肤增厚及收缩20例,占10%;乳晕增厚64例,占32%;乳头凹陷40例,占20%;腋下淋巴结肿大50例,占25%。结论:钼钯X线机是乳腺癌检查的首选,对早期诊断及鉴别诊断很有价值。

Clinical Radiologic Analysis of Breast Cancer (A Report of 200 Cases)

Purpose:To improve radialogic diagnostic rate of breast cancer.Materials and Methods:To analyse retrospetively the X-ray findings of 200 cases with breast carcinoma.Ai cases were confirmed by operation and pathology.Results:Among 200 patients,Mass 86%(n=172),calcification 35%(n-70),dilate ducts 11%(n=22),the mass in the radiological igure was smaller than that palpated clinically 85%(n=170).Increased tortuous and diated vewwels 24%(n=48),edema 30%(n=60),skin thickening and contraction 10% (n=20),nipple halo theckening 32%(n=64),nipple invaginate 20%(n=40),armpit lymphadenovarix 25%(n=50).Conclusion:the molybdenum target radigraphy is very valuable in the diagnosis and differentiating diagnosis of breast cancer.
