针刺对干眼症患者泪膜的影响

目的　评估针刺对干眼症患者泪膜的影响。方法　将 32例干眼症患者随机分为针刺组和人工泪液组 (对照组 ) ,2组各 16例。针刺组予以针刺治疗 ,人工泪液组予点人工泪液。治疗前后分别检查眼局部症状 ,并对泪流量、泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光素染色等指标进行检测 ,分析临床疗效。结果　 2组治疗前各项检测指标差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,治疗后针刺组各项检查结果与对照组相比 ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　针刺疗法能有效提高干眼症患者泪膜稳定性 ,改善患者眼局部症状 ,疗效优于人工泪液。

Effect of Acupuncture on Lacrimal Film of Xeroma Patients

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of acupuncture on lacrimal film of xeroma patients.METHOD 32 patients were randomly divided into an acupuncture group of 16 patients and an artificial lacrimal fluid group (control group) of another 16 patients. Before and after the treatment, the local symptoms were examined and lacrimal flow, lacrimal film rupture time, cornea fluorescein staining, and other indexes were determined to analyze the therapeutic effect.RESULT No marked changes were detected between the two groups before the treatment ( P >0.05), but after treatment marked difference in the various indexes between the two groups ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION Acupuncture can effectively increase the stability of the lacrimal film of xeroma patients ( P <0.05) and improve the local symptoms, with better effect than artificial lacrimal fluid.
