复式PCR用于闽南疟疾监测的效果评价

目的：评价复式PCR在闽南疟疾监测中的应用效果。方法：采集流行区发热病人及疫点居民血样用复式PCR一次扩增同时检测恶性疟原虫（P.f）和间日疟原虫（P.u）。结果：249例发热病人PCR测阳性率为8.02％，敏感性方100％，特异性99.56％符合率99.59％，镜检阳性率为7.63％，抽查疫点居民701人检测疟原虫，未发现阳性样本，复式PCR检测大批样平均费用不高于传统镜检方法。结论：该复式PCR检测系统用于闽南现场疟疾监测具有敏感、特异、快速等特点，可用于分子流行病学调查、防治效果考核及虫种鉴别等。

EVALUATION OF THE EFFECT OF MULTIPLEX POLYMERASE CHAIN REACTION FOR MALARIA SURVEILLANCE IN SOUTHERN FUJIAN

Aim To evaluate the effect of multiplex PCR for malaria surveillance in southern Fujian Province.Method Collecting blood samples of the febrile patients and local resident in malaria endemic area,multiplex PCR was used to detect the Plasmodium vivax and P.falciparum simultaneously in a single amplification.Results The positive rate of 249 febrile samples was 8.02% by PCR and 7.63% by microscopical examination,the sensitivity,sepcificity and coincidence rate were 100%,99.56% and 99.59% respectively.No positive sample was detected in 701 local residents.The average cost of PCR was no more than that of microscopy when detecting large number of samples.Conclusion The result of malaria surveillance in southern Fujian shows that multiplex PCR assay is sensitive,specific and prompt,and can be used for malaria molecular epidemicological investigation,assessment of effect of control and detemination of Plasmodium species.
