江门市攻髟诊断X射线单位基本状况的调查

目的 了解江门市医用诊断X射线单位的基本状况。方法 采用奏国统一的医疗照射调查表对江门市医用诊断X射线单位的基本情况进行回顾性调查。结果 开展放射业务单位数逐年递增；200mAX射线机占33.2%，≤50mA占22.8%，两者共占56.0%，进口X射线机的合格率为93.1%，国产机为69.7%，庙mAX射线机的合格率高于低mA机；放射工作人员的培训，高学历人员的合格率高于低学历的人员，镇医院工作人员的合格率低于县、市级医院。结论 我市开展放射业务单位数有逐年递增的趋势，镇医院工作人员掌握卫生防护知识的程度差于县、市级医院，应健全安全防护管理制度，加强基层业务人员的培训，持证上岗。

A background survey on institutions operating medical diagnositc X-ray machines in Jiangmen city

Objective To evaluate the current status of institutions operating medical diagnostic X ray machines in Jiangmen city.Methods A retrospective study was conducted by a nation based procedures for surveying medical radiation.Results An increasing number of medical institutions operating diagnostic X ray machines in Jiangmen city in recent years; the 200mA X ray machines accounted for 33.2% and <50 mA ones accounted for 22.8%, and both of them comprised 56.0% of total machines being used; 93.1% of imported machines were qualified up to hygienic standard, while domestic ones only 69.7%, and likewise, the higher mA X ray machines were better than the lower mA ones in terms of up to standand qualification. The survey on personnel training program revealed that workers with higher education were better qualified than those with lower education background, while workers in city and county hospitals were better than those in township clinics. Conclusion The medical institutions equipped with medical diagnostic X ray machines tended to be increasing these years in this city; and workers in city and county hospitals had a better command of knowledge than those working in township clinics. Personnel training should be strengthened and protection procedures should be enforced.
