| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Tenasdn-C（TN—C）在肾癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测不同分级的56例肾癌、15例正常肾组织TN—C的表达，分析TN—C与临床病理因素及预后之间的关系。结果肾癌组织TN—C阳性表达率为53．6％（30／56），正常肾组织未检出TN—C阳性表达，两者比较差异有统计学意义（χ^2=7．780，P〈0．01）。TN—C的表达随着癌组织病理学分级、临床分期的增加而增加（P=0．002—0．041）；TN—C阳性表达组与阴性表达组之间的生存率比较差异有统计学意义（χ^2=6．711，P〈0．05）。结论TN-C的表达与肾癌发生、发展及预后有密切的关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of Tenascin-C （TN-C） in renal carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods The expressions of TN-C in 56 cases of different-grade renal carcinoma and 15 of normal renal tissue were detected im- munohistochemically, The correlation of TN-C with clinical pathology and prognosis of the cancer was analyzed. Results The positive rate of TN-C expression in the cancer was 53.6% （30/56）, no TN-C was detected in normal renal tissue. The difference of TN-C expression between the two groups was significant （χ^2=7. 780,P〈0.01）. The expression of TN-C increased with the increase of pathologic grading and clinical staging （P=0. 002-0. 041）. The survival was significantly related with the expression of TN-C （χ^2 =6. 711,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression of tenascin-C is significantly related to the develonment. progression and prognosis of renal carcinoma. |
