垂体后叶素防治剖宫产病人术中出血的作用

目的探讨垂体后叶素联合缩宫素防治剖宫产病人术中出血的作用。方法在我院住院剖宫产分娩的产妇中，有术中出血倾向、无血压升高的产妇160例，随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组80例胎儿娩出后即子宫体肌注缩宫素20U及子宫下段肌注垂体后叶素6U，对照组80例胎儿娩出后即子宫体肌注缩宫素20U，比较两组术中出血量及术毕阴道积血量。结果实验组术中出血量及术毕阴道积血量较对照组明显减少，差异有显著性（t=10．81，t′=4．38，P〈0．01）。结论垂体后叶素联合缩宫素对防治剖宫产病人术中大出血有明显作用。

PREVENTIVE EFFECT OF PITUITRIN ON INTRAOPERATIVE HEMORRHAGE IN CESAREAN DELIVERY

Objective To investigate the effects of combined usage of pituitrin and oxytocin in the prevention of hemorrhage during cesarean section. Methods This study consisted of 160 puerperas, with bleeding tendency, but without hypertension, who were hospitalised for cesarean section evenly randomized to experiment group and control group. To the experiment, i.m. of 20 U of oxytocin was given to the uterine body and 6 U of pituitrin to the lower uterine segment, postoperatively; to the control, 20 U of oxytocin alone was given. The intraoperative hemorrhage and hematocolpos at the end of the surgery were compared between the two groups. Results Both the volume of hemorrhage during operation and hematocolpos at the end of the surgery of the experiment were much less than the control （t= 10.81,t′=4.38,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Combined usage of pituitrin and oxytocin is effective in the prevention and treatment of massive hemorrhage during cesarean delivery.
