抑癌基因LKB1在胃癌组织表达及意义

目的探讨抑癌基因LKB1在胃癌组织表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测60例胃腺癌组织（胃癌组）、16例正常胃黏膜组织（正常组）和21例癌旁胃黏膜组织（癌旁组）标本LKB1的表达,并分析其与肿瘤临床病理特征的关系。结果 LKB1正常组100.0%强阳性表达,癌旁组61.9%强阳性、38.1%弱阳性表达,胃癌组46.7%弱阳性表达,各组间比较差异有显著性（H=60.412,P〈0.001）。胃癌组LKB1阳性表达与pT分期及分化程度有关（χ2=9.386、4.275,P〈0.05）,与病人年龄、性别、大体分型、解剖位置及淋巴结有无转移无关（P〉0.05）。结论 LKB1基因表达与胃癌存在密切关联,检测其在胃癌组织或胃癌细胞中的表达,可为胃癌的诊断提供参考依据。

THE EXPRESSION AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE OF ANTI-ONCOGENE LKB1 IN GASTRIC CANCER

Objective To study the expression of anti-oncogene LKB1 in gastric cancer and its significance. MethodsUsing immunohistochemical technique,specimens obtained from 60 patients with gastric adenocarcinoma,16 from normal gastric tissue and 21 from paraneoplastic were detected for LKB1 expression.The association of the expressions with clinical pathology was analyzed. Results The expressions of LKB1 in different groups were as follows： In the normal gastric tissue,100.0% were strongly positive;In the paraneoplastic,strongly positive accounted for 61.9%,weakly positive 31.8%;In the cancer,46.7% were weakly positive,the differences among the groups being significant（H=60.412,P0.001）.In the cancer group,the positive expression of LKB1 was related with pT staging and cell differentiation（χ2=9.386,P0.01）,but not associated with patient＇s age,sex,general typing,anatomical position and with or without lymph node metastasis（P0.05）. Conclusion The expression of LKB1 is closely related with gastric cancer.The detection of LKB1 in the cancer tissue would provide a reference evidence for the diagnosis of this disease.
