上皮性卵巢癌组织uPA、uPAR及PAI-1表达及意义

目的探讨尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂（uPA）、uPA受体（uPAR）及其抑制剂（PAI-1）在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学PV-9000法检测60例上皮性卵巢癌、30例良性卵巢肿瘤及30例正常卵巢组织中uPA、uPAR及PAI-1蛋白表达,并结合临床病理因素进行分析。结果 uPA、uPAR、PAI-1在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达率（75.0%、65.0%、66.7%）明显高于良性肿瘤（40.0%、33.3%、30.0%）及正常组织（30.0%、26.7%、33.3%）,差异均有显著性（χ2=11.779~19.510,P〈0.05）,而良性肿瘤与正常组织比较无明显差异。uPA、uPAR、PAI-1在上皮性卵巢癌组织表达与手术病理分期、组织分级和有无淋巴结转移有关（χ2=8.242~36.906,P〈0.05）。结论 uPA、uPAR、PAI-1在上皮性卵巢癌组织高表达,可能与卵巢癌发生、发展及浸润有关。

EXPRESSIONS OF uPA,uPAR AND PAI-1 IN EPITHELIAL OVARIAN CANCER AND THEIR SIGNIFICANCE

Objective To investigate the expressions of urokinase-type plasminogen activator（uPA） and its receptor（uPAR） and plasimnogen activator inhibitors（PAI-1） in epithelial ovarian cancer（EOC） and their significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was applied to examine the protein expressions of uPA,uPAR and PAI-1 in 60 specimens of EOC and 30 specimens of benign ovarian tumor（BOT） and 30 specimens of normal ovary.The results were analyzed in combined with clinicopathology. Results The positive rates of uPA,uPAR and PAI-1 were significantly higher in EOC（75.0%,65.0% and 66.7%,respectively,） than that in BOT（40.0%,33.3% and 30.0%） and normal ovarian tissue（30.0%,26.7% and 33.3%）（χ2=11.779-19.510,P0.05）,and no significant difference was noted between BOT and normal tissue expressions in terms of theabove three expressions.These three expressions,uPA,uPAR and PAI-1,in malignant tumors were associated with pathologic staging,histologic grading and lymph node metastasis（χ2=8.242-36.906,P0.05）. Conclusion The high expressions of uPA,uPAR and PAI-1 in EOC are possibly related to the occurrence,development and metastasis of this malignancy.
