EMMPRIN和MMP-2表达与胰腺癌生物学行为关系

目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子（EMMPRIN）和基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）在胰腺癌组织表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学PV 6000法检测47例胰腺癌组织中EMMPRIN和MMP-2的表达。结果 47例胰腺癌组织中EMMPRIN及MMP-2的阳性表达率分别为61.7%、66.0%,二者均与胰腺癌的转移、临床分期和预后有关（χ2=6.61～9.91,P〈0.05）。EMMPRIN和MMP-2阳性表达率与胰腺癌大小、病人性别、病人年龄和组织学分级无关（P〉0.05）。胰腺癌组织中EMMPRIN的表达与MMP-2的表达呈正相关（r=0.516,P〈0.01）。结论 EMMPRIN和MMP-2可能共同参与胰腺癌的浸润和转移过程,可作为判断胰腺癌生物学行为的参考指标。

EXPRESSIONS OF EMMPRIN AND MMP-2 AND THEIR ASSOCIATION WITH BIOLOGICAL BEHAVIOUR IN PANCREATIC CANCER

Objective To investigate the significance of EMMPRIN and MMP-2 expressions in pancreatic carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical PV 6000 technique was used to detect the expressions of EMMPRIN and MMP-2 in tissue of 47 cases of pancreatic carcinoma. Results The positive rates of EMMPRIN and MMP-2 were 61.7% and 66.0%,respectively,both were related with metastasis,clinical staging and prognosis（χ2=6.61-9.91,P0.05）.The expressions of EMMPRIN and MMP-2 were not correlated with sex and age of patients and tumor size or histologic grading（P0.05）.There was a positive correlation between the expressions of EMMPRIN and MMP-2 in the tissue of pancreatic cancer（r=0.516,P0.01）. ConclusionBoth EMMPRIN and MMP-2 may be involved in the process of infiltration and metastasis of cancer of pancreas.Detection of EMMPRIN and MMP-2 can be used as parameters for the diagnosis of this malignant tumor.
