垂直快速进针法在桡动脉采血中的应用

目的通过分析垂直快速进针法与传统法桡动脉采血的临床效果，找出一种更好的桡动脉采血的方法，以减轻病人的痛苦。方法收集100例次需检测血气分析的病人，随机分为两组，各50例，对照组采用传统法进行桡动脉采血，观察组采用垂直快速进针法进行桡动脉采血，观察两组一次穿刺成功率及皮下瘀血发生率，并进行比较。结果观察组桡动脉采血一次穿刺成功率明显高于对照组，皮下瘀血发生率明显低于对照组，差异有显著性（χ^2=4．57、5．01，P〈0．05）。结论垂直快速进针法桡动脉采血给病人造成的痛苦小。

BLOOD COLLECTION FROM RADIAL ARTERY THROUG QUICK VERTICAL NEEDLE INSERTION

Objective To compare quick vertical needle insertion （QVNI） and traditional method in collecting blood from radial artery so as to find a better technique reducing suffering of patients. Methods This study was clone in 100 case/times who needed blood gas analysis were equally randomized to two groups. The control group was given traditional puncture and the experiment group was given QVNI to collect blood from radial artery. The one-time success rate of puncture and ecchymoma incidence were cornpared between the two groups. Results The one-time-success rate in the experiment group was higher and the incidence of ecchymoma was lower than that in the control （χ^2-4.57,5.01 ;P〈0.05）. Conclusion The quick-vertical-needle-insertion technique causes less suffering for patients in blood collection from radial artery.
