青岛市城阳区围生儿出生缺陷监测结果分析

目的了解青岛市城阳区围生儿出生缺陷发生情况,并探讨有效的解决方法。方法对青岛市城阳区2003年1月—2008年12月围生儿出生缺陷监测资料进行回顾性分析。结果 2003—2008年围生儿主要先天畸形前3位依次是先天性心脏病、多指（趾）、总唇裂,这3类畸形占全区出生缺陷围生儿的45.9%,高危孕产妇占缺陷儿母亲总数的18.6%。结论上述3类畸形将是我们今后防治工作的重点;而加强高危孕产妇的管理是降低围生儿出生缺陷的有效方法。

MONITORING OF PERINATAL BIRTH DEFECTS IN CHENGYANG DISTRICT OF QINGDAO

Objective To investigate the condition of perinatal birth defects in Chengyang District of Qingdao,and explore effective solutions. Methods A retrospective analysis of the records of perinatal birth defects from January 2003 to December 2008 in Chengyang District of Qingdao was done. Results Top three predominant congenital malformations were congenital heart disease,polydactyly and cleft lip.These three deformities accounted for 45.9% of all malformations recorded in this district,in which,18.6% were high-risk gravidas. Conclusion The above three types of abnormality will be the focal point of our work in future.To enhance management of high-risk gravidas is also an effective way to reduce birth defects.
