中国农村黑龙江省东宁县癫痫的流行病学研究

目的：提供客观、可信的中国农村人群癫痫的流行病学资料。方法：应用世界卫生组织建议的癫痫流行病学调查表，采用随机整群抽样方法，对东宁县内4镇6乡全体居民进行面对面的流行病学普查，应查人口10823人，实查人口10151人，见面率93．8％。结果：癫痫的患病率为7．98／1000；癫痫的年发病率为29．55／10万；超过50％的患者首次发病年龄在20岁之内；特发性癫痫占79．01％，中枢神经系统感染性疾病是症状性癫痫的主因；最常见的发作类型为全身强直－阵挛发作。结论：东北农村癫痫的患病率与发达国家情况相似。

Prevalence of epilepsy in Dongning-a rural area of China

Objective To provide reliable epilepsy prevalence data from a strictly regional rural population sample in China. Methods Our study was a community based prevalence study by adopting WHO suggested questionnaire and a door to door surveying method of stratified sampling according to the settlements. This study was carried out in randomly selected 4 counties and 6 villages. The total population of the investigated area was 10 823.Actually 10 151 people were surveyed,covering 93.8 percent of the total population. Results The prevalence rate of epilepsy was 7.98 per 1 000 population. The incidence rate was 9.85 per 100 000 population. The first onset of the disease peaked at the first two decades of life. Idiopathic Epilepsy consisted of 79.01 percent of all the patients. Generalized Tonic clonic seizures predominated and the main cause was cerebral nervous system infection. The treatment was not satisfied. Conclusion The prevalence rate of epilepsy in countryside of Northeast of China was similar to that of advanced contries.
