| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨多平面经食管超声心动图（ＭＴＥＥ）对房间隔缺损（ＡＳＤ）的诊断价值。方法：应用ＭＴＥＥ和经胸超声心动图（ＴＴＥ）技术分析３１例ＡＳＤ的声像图表现。结果：ＭＴＥＥ及ＴＴＥ对ＡＳＤ检出率分别为１００％及６７．７％（Ｘ＾２＝１１．９，Ｐ〈０．００１）；ＭＴＥＥ能清楚显示房间隔结构。ＡＳＤ的位置、形态、大小、数目、分流束、分流量、断端情况、周围关系以及合并其它心血管畸形的声像图表现。结论：与ＴＴ

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the value of multiplane transesophageal echocardiography (MTEE) in the diagnosis of atrial septal defect (ASD) Methods: MTEE and TTE (transthoracic transesophageal echocardiography)were performed in 31 ASD patients confirmed by operation Results: The detection rate of ASD by MTEE and TTE were 100% (31/31) and 677% (21/31) respectively (2=119,P<0001)The structure of atrial septum,the location,the shape,the size,the number of ASD,the shunt flow,the volume of flow,the residual condition,the relationship to adjacent structure as well as other combined malformations were also clearly demonstrated Conclusions: MTEE can clearly display the structure of atrial septum and have higher detection rate of ASD combined with other malformations than TTEMTEE has significance in the therapeutic strategy making,prevention of postoperation complications and improvement of the effect of treatment= |
