| 摘 要： | 目的]评价咳喘口服液治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效和安全性。方法]采用随机对照方法，对160例支气管哮喘患者进行了临床试验，治疗组(咳喘口服液组)103例，对照组(泼尼松组)57例。结果]治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为86．4％、84、2％，两者无显著性差异，但在肺功能改善方面治疗组优于对照组。临床试验中未发现不良反应。结论]咳喘口服液治疗支气管哮喘疗效确切，临床用药安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of Kechuan Oral Liquid in bronchial asthma treatment.Methods]One hundred and sixty bronchial asthma patients were randomly divided into control group(103cases with prednisone)and treatment group(57cases with Kechuan oral liquid).Result] The total effective rate of treatment group and control group was86.4%,84.27%respectively;There was no significant difference between two groups.But treatment group was superior to control group in improving lung function.The side effect was not discovered in clinical test.Conclusion]Kechuan Oral Liquid has certain therapeutic effect in treatment of bronchial asthma.It is safe the clinic. |
