| 摘 要： | 对各种临床标本共4058例次进行细菌培养,分离出致病菌26种共1518株,总阳性率为37.4％。其中革兰氏阳性球菌占44.7％,阴性球菌占0.7％,阴性杆菌占54.6％,以大肠杆菌的检出为最多,其次为金黄色葡萄球菌,再次为绿脓杆菌。文中归纳了临床上较常见的9种致病菌对8种常用抗生素的药敏试验结果。

| Abstract: | Bacterial culture was made in 4058 clinical specimens and 26 pathogens (1518 strains in number) were isolated. The total positive rate was 37.4％, of which gram-positive coccus was 44.7％, gram-negative coccus 0.7％. negative bacillus 54.6％. The number of bacillus coil detected was the largest, then staphylococcus aureus and then Bacillus pyocyaneus. Drug sensitive test of 9 clinically common pathogens to 8 common antibiotics was also summed up in this paper. |
