| 摘 要： | 目的观察推拿结合膏摩治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将92例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为3组：综合组32例采用推拿结合膏摩治疗，推拿组30例采用单纯推拿治疗，膏摩组30例采用单纯膏摩治疗。均治疗1个疗程（15次）。结果综合组的总有效率为87．50％，推拿组为80．00％，膏摩组为56．67％；前两组的总有效率高于后者（P〈0．01，P〈0．05），但前两组之间无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论推拿结合膏摩治疗神经根型颈椎病安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of combined massage and paste rubbing in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR). Methods Ninety-two subjects were randomized into three groups:group A in which 32 cases were treated with massage and paste rubbing,group B in which 30 cases were treated with massage and group C in which 30 cases were treated with paste rubbing,all with one course of treatment.
