脑室-腹腔分流术治疗脑积水30例临床分析

目的：探讨脑室-腹腔分流术（VPS）治疗脑积水的临床效果和并发症防治措施。方法：将我院脑积水患者30例给予脑室-腹腔分流术治疗，评估临床治疗效果。结果：本组患者痊愈12例，有效14例，无效4例，总有效率为90．00％。术后感染2例，其中颅内感染1例，腹腔感染1例；分流管脑室端堵塞2例，腹腔端堵塞1例；术后出现低颅压反应7例，发热3例，皮下积液1例，癫痫1例；本组无死亡病例。结论：脑室-腹腔分流术治疗脑积水的临床效果明确，并发症少，值得应用。

Clinical Analysis of Ventriculoperitoneal Shunt in Treating 30 Cases Hydrocephalus

Objective： To investigate the effect and measures of preventing the accomplication about ventriculoperitoneal shunt to treat cases with hydrocephalus. Method： The 30 cases with hydrocephalus received the ventriculoperitoneal shunt, and the effect of ventriculoperitoneal shunt were evaluated. Result： There were 12 cases with fully recovering from an illness, 14 cases with effectiveness and 4 cases with inefficiency. There were 1 case with intracranial infection after operation, 1 case with peritoneal cavity infection, 2 cases with shunt tube blockage in the brain and 1 case with shunt tube blockage ses with reacting of low brain blood pression, 3 cases with fever, 1 case with subcutaneous hydrops and 1cases with epilepsy. There was no case with death. Conclusion： The effect of ventriculoperitoneal shunt to treat cases with hydrocephalus is obvious and the accomplication is few,so they are worth being used.
