“胰俞”穴针刺加刺络放血对大鼠血糖调节作用的影响

目的]通过对比针刺加刺络放血与单纯针刺大鼠"胰俞"穴,观察其降血糖效果的差别。方法]选取健康雄性大鼠30只,随机分成三组,即:对照组,针刺加刺络放血组,针刺组,每组10只。造模成功后,针刺加刺络放血组于"胰俞"穴刺络放血后予以针刺,针刺组直接针刺"胰俞"穴,两组均加电针各20min,对照组不进行任何操作。5天为1个疗程,连续针刺2个疗程,疗程间隔1天。三组均每日监测血糖。结论]"胰俞"穴针刺加刺络放血组降血糖的效果优于单纯针刺"胰俞"穴组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。
