| 摘 要： | 目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定满金止咳片中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为ShimpackVPODS,流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2),检测波长为274nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果黄芩苷进样量在0.264μg~2.640μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.16%(RSD=0.70%)。结论本方法测定结果准确、操作简便、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于本品的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for content determination of baicalin in Manjinzhike tablets.MET_HODS:A Shimpack VP ODS column served as the chromatographic column.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid(47∶53∶02).The UV detection wavelength was 274nm and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min.RESULTS:There was a good linear relationship between the sample size of baicalin and peak area score when the sample size was within the range of 0.264μg～2.640μg(r=0.9 999).The average recovery was 99.16%(RSD=0.70%).CONCLUSION:The method provides to be accurate,convenient,sensitive,well reproducible and may thus be used in the determination of baicalin in manjinzhike tablets. |
