规范性护理干预在重症监护室呼吸机相关肺炎患儿中的应用价值分析

目的分析规范性护理干预在重症监护室呼吸机相关肺炎患儿中的应用价值。方法选取2018年4月~2019年10月本院收治的108例重症监护室呼吸机相关性肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各54例。观察组患儿给予规范性护理,对照组患儿给予常规护理。比较两组患儿的临床效果、护理满意度和住院时间。结果观察组患儿临床疗效和护理满意度显著高于对照组,住院时间上明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症监护室呼吸机相关性肺炎患儿采用规范性护理干预可明显提高临床疗效及家属护理满意度,有效缩短患儿住院时间,值得临床推广实施。

Application Value of Standardized Nursing Intervention in Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia of Children in Intensive Care Unit

Objective This study aimed to analyze the application value of standardized nursing intervention in ventilator-associated pneumonia of children in intensive care unit.Methods A total of 108 patients with ventilatorassociated pneumonia in intensive care unit treated in our hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=54 cases)and the observation group(n=54 cases).The observation group was given standard nursing care,and the control group was given routine nursing care.The clinical effects,nursing satisfaction and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of children with ventilator-associated pneumonia in the intensive care unit of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the hospital stay of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized nursing intervention in ventilator-associated pneumonia of children in the intensive care unit can significantly improve clinical efficacy and care satisfaction of family,and can effectively shorten the length of stay,which is worthy of clinical promotion and implementation.
