臭氧联合射频治疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后疼痛的应用效果分析

摘    要:目的分析臭氧联合射频治疗对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者术后疼痛的疗效。方法选择本院2017年5月至2019年5月收治的82例LDH手术患者,随机平均分为2组,每组各41例。对照组患者采纳单纯臭氧治疗,观察组患者采纳臭氧联合射频治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、ODI指数、VAS评分、血清炎症因子水平、SOD、NO水平和并发症发生率。结果观察组患者临床总有效率为(95.12%),显著高于对照组(70.73%);观察组术后1月ODI指数显著比对照组高,观察组术后1月VAS评分显著比对照组低,观察组术后1周TNF-a、IL-6、IL-1β、NO含量显著比对照组低,观察组术后1周SOD含量显著比对照组高,观察组并发症发生率(2.44%)显著比对照组(17.07%)低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论臭氧联合射频治疗可有效减轻LDH患者术后疼痛感及炎症反应,提高腰椎功能,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective This study aimed to analyze the effect of ozone combined with radiofrequency on postoperative pain and complications of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 82 patients with LDH admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group.The control group were treated with ozone alone,and the observation group were treated with ozone+radiofrequency.The clinical efficacy,ODI index,VAS score,serum inflammatory factor index,SOD,NO index and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(95.12%vs70.73%),and the ODI index of the observation group 1 month after operation was significantly higher than that of the control group.The VAS score in the observation group 1 month after operation was significantly lower than that in the control group,and TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1βNO content of the observation group 1 week after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group,while SOD content of observation group 1 week after operation was significantly higher than that of the control group.The complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(2.44%vs 17.07%,P<0.05).Conclusion Ozone combined with radiofrequency therapy can effectively reduce the pain and inflammation of LDH patients,improve lumbar function,reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
