| 摘 要： | 目的]观察活性芦荟缓释药膜对大鼠创伤性口腔溃疡的疗效.方法]建立大鼠创伤性口腔黏膜溃疡模型.以空白膜及西瓜霜喷剂作为对照,观察不同剂量的活性芦荟口腔药膜的治疗作用.结果]活性芦荟缓释药膜大、中、小剂量组的溃疡愈合速度优于空白膜组(P<0.01),中、大剂量芦荟缓释药膜组的溃疡愈合时间明显短于西瓜霜组(P<0.05).结论]活性芦荟缓释药膜对大鼠创伤性口腔溃疡具有治疗作用.

Therapeutic effects of slow-release active aloe film to traumatic oral ulcer model in rats |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutical effects of slow-release active aloe film for traumatic oral ulcer in rats.METHODS Traumatic oral ulcer models were established in rats,and the therapeutical effects of different doses of slow-release active aloe film for traumatic oral ulcer in rats were observed with the blank film and exocarpium citrulli preparata spray as control.RESULTS The healing times of oral ulcer were obviously shorter in large,medium,and small dose groups of active aloe film groups than in the blank group(P<0.01),and in large and medium dose groups than in the exocarpium citrulli preparata spray group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The slow-release active aloe film has conspicuous therapeutical effects for traumatic oral ulcer of rat. |
