| 摘 要： | 为了降解膀胱肿瘤术后复发率，对30例行膀胱脱分切除术后的患者进行了丝裂霉素膀胱灌注，平均随访22个月，复发2例，膀胱灌注期间出现膀胱刺激症状者1例，提示：为提高患者生存期，应掌握正确的灌注方法，并做好患者心理、饮食、灌注前后的护理。

| Abstract: | To reduce the postopercotive recurrence rate of tumor of bladder,30 patients having partial cystectomy were given mitomycin irrigation of bladder and followed up for an average of 22 months.The results showed that two patients had recurrence,and one developed irritation sign of bladder.It is necessary to have a good command of irrigation techniques and to carry out an adequate care of patients' psychology,diet as well as the irrigation. |
