| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对院前急救的人群进行分析,为进一步提升院前急救医疗服务的质量提供依据。方法:分析2002年1月到2006年12月所有通过呼叫广州市"120"急救电话并出车急救的病例,将呼叫出车的病人分为8个年龄段进行分析,比较不同组间的出车例数、年龄别、出车率、前十位呼车原因及性别比情况。结果:大于70岁年龄组的平均出车例数及每千人口出车率明显多于其他各年龄组,且有统计学差异(P<0.001);前十位呼车原因在小于14,14～20,21～30,31～40,41～50和51～60年龄组中,因交通事故需院前急救出车量最高;由于外伤、头晕、昏迷、呼吸困难、活动障碍和发热原因需急救出车在大于70岁年龄组最高;呼叫出车的男/女性别比是1.46/1。结论:老年人是院前急救服务的主要对象;因交通事故受伤而需院前急救服务是主要的呼车原因;呼叫出车的男性数量比女性高。
