肺炎性假瘤罕见的X线表现

报告１３例肺炎性假瘤的罕见Ｘ线表现，包括巨大肿物３例，钙化灶４例，空洞１例，多发肿物３例，并发恶性肿瘤４例（食管癌、肾癌、肺癌、胸膜间皮瘤各１例）。薄层ＣＴ扫描及Ｂ超扫描检查有助于观察肿物的内部结构，提供鉴别诊断信息。

The Atypical X-ray Manifestations of Pulmonary Post-inflammatory Pseudotumor

13 cases of pulmonary postinflammatory pseudotumor with atypical X-raymanifestation were reviewed.3 cases had huge mass.4 cases had calcification.1 case had multiplecavities and 3 cases had multiple lesions,3 cases associated with malignant tumor simultaneously,withesophageal cancer,lung cancer and pleural mesothelioma for one each,and 1 case had operation for renalcarcinoma 7 years before.The most common pathologic subtype of solitary atypical pulmonary post-inflammatory pseudotumor was sclerosing hemangioma.Thin-sectioned CT scan and ultra-sonographyare helpful in revealing the inner composition of tumor.The variable X-ray manifestations of post-inflammatory pseudotumor should be considered in the differential diagnosing of pulmonary masses.
