广州地区6229例不良生育史的染色体分析

目的　探讨染色体异常及染色体变异与不良生育史的关系。方法　对广州地区 6 2 2 9例因不良生育史就诊者取外周血 ,常规培养、制片、G显带 ,行染色体核型分析。结果　染色体核型正常 5 85 4人 ,占 94 0 % ;核型变异 2 0 6人 ,占3 3% ;核型异常 16 9人 ,占 2 7%。染色体异常与不良生育史有关系。结论　染色体异常是导致不良生育史的重要的细胞遗传因素。对于明确染色体结构或数目异常者 ,应行产前诊断。避免患儿出生

The Karyotype analysis of the patients with abonrmal childbearing history in Guangzhou

Objective:To study the relationship between the abnormal childbearing history and chromosomal anomaly or chromosomal variation. Method: Blood samples from 6229 patients were regular cultured,processing,G-staining and analysed. Results: 5854 patients of them are normal(94.0%);206 patients are heteromorphism(3.3%);169 patients are abnormal(2.7%).Chromosomal anomaly are associated with abnormal childbearing. Conclusion: It's the important cytogenetics factors that chromosomal anomaly lead to the abnormal childbearing.We should take the prenatal diagnosis for the patients with chromosomal anomaly ,and improve the rate of normal newborns.
