| 摘 要： | 目的:比较镍铬合金基底、钛合金基底、金合金基底烤瓷冠的临床应用效果。方法:分别制作镍铬合金基底、钛合金基底、金合金基底基底烤瓷冠,每种基底烤瓷冠各选取20例,观察三者戴入时及戴入2年后烤瓷冠的颜色、冠边缘的密合度、颈缘染色及冠的折裂、折断情况。结果:金合金基底烤瓷冠的颜色、冠边缘的密合度及颈缘染色均优于钛合金、镍铬合金基底烤瓷冠(P<0.01),三者在冠的折裂、折断方面的差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:钛合金烤瓷冠作为一种价格适中的底冠,能基本满足临床要求。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Ni-cr alloy,high-gold alloy and Ti alloy porcelain crowns.Methods:The Ni-Cr alloy,high-gold alloy and Ti alloy porcelain crowns were made respectively.Every kind of PFM was 20 pieces.The evaluator examined the prosthesis for shade,gingival color,marginal fit and porcelain defect.Results:The results showed that the Ti alloy porcelain was similar to Ni-Cr alloy ceramic crowns in shade,gingival color and fitness.The effect of them was better in high-gold alloy than that in Ni-Cr alloy and Ti alloy(P<0.01).The fracture of 90 porcelain crowns was not found out in two years(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Ti alloy porcelain restoration can be used for the clinical application as its cheap price. |
